It is our policy that all students wear the Academy uniform when attending the Academy, representing the Academy, or when participating in an Academy organised event outside normal Academy hours.
Our Uniform Policy (PDF)
The school uniform is as follows:
• Black trousers (Jeans or Combat Trousers are not permitted) or black knee length skirt
• White shirt/White Blouse • Black blazer with Royal Blue trim and embroidered GDA badge
• GDA tie
• Grey jumper with Royal Blue double stripe (Optional)
• Black shoes • Socks (dark - black or grey)
PE KIT
• Unisex sports kit (GDA polo shirt/rugby top/track pants)
• Sports socks (Blue) • Football boots/trainers
OTHER
• Headscarves should be black or charcoal. They may be White in the Summer Term
• Face coverings can only be worn if they only cover the mouth and nose. They must only be the blue surgical masks. Please see below (face coverings) for full guidance.
• No hooded tops
• No outdoor coats to be worn in the Academy buildings
• No mobile phones and/or other digital/electronic devices visible
