Aneeta Prem, Founder and Life President of Freedom Charity, visited the Academy in April 2016 and is the inspiration behind our name.
Exciting things are happening this academic year, we will be playing a role in this year's PSHE at the end of term! We will be holding workshop with all year 7 pupils to make sure they are informed and aware of many issues that could affect us throughout our time at George Dixon.
Always, the sanitary wear company, have a goal to #endperiodpoverty by donating items across the country. Freedom Ambassadors support this by ensuring every pupil has access to these products, particularly over the school holidays.
