Aims:
- To identify areas of staff well-being at George Dixon Academy that are working well, and areas for improvement.
- To act to make positive changes for the employees of the Academy, to improve overall well-being and improve the morale in the Academy.
- We aim to ensure that all our relationships are open, honest, respectful, and supportive.
- We aim to treat all staff with the utmost respect regarding their personal boundaries, and confidentiality.
- We aim to respect the rights of the individual, and seek to educate, empower, and inspire all staff.
